AutoFarm ParaDyme® Systems Now Offer SmartPath™ Guidance Patterns

FREMONT, CA, July 15, 2010 - AutoFarm, a pioneer of GPS precision autosteering systems, announces SmartPath™ Guidance for irregular shaped or terraced fields requiring multiple steering patterns.

AutoFarm SmartPath allows the user to create multiple patterns in the same field then quickly toggle between patterns, without saving and reloading the pattern each time they want to switch from one pattern to another. It also is capable of running both curves and straight passes in the same toggle.

AutoFarm Senior Marketing Manager, John Bressler, says, "With SmartPath, you can combine AB lines with curves by simply driving the guidance pattern manually, then letting SmartPath take over. It's an easy-to-use feature, no setup needed, that is perfectly suited to operation in irregular or terraced fields, or fields that do not have pre-established guidance lines."

SmartPath is available with the AutoFarm ParaDyme System and two of AutoFarm's three displays, AutoFarm INTEGRA and AutoFarm EDGE. It is also compatible with the AutoFarm OnTrac2 GPS Assisted Steering System running with ParaDyme/INTEGRA or ParaDyme/EDGE.

AutoFarm SmartPath is now available in the following firmware releases: Version v3.5.0 of the AutoFarm EDGE controller and Version v1.5.0 of the AutoFarm INTEGRA controller. AutoFarm SmartPath software is available through AutoFarm resellers.
